Manx Blind Welfare Society has unveiled its fundraising Christmas cards for 2015, each featuring a stunning image of the Isle of Man.
Local photographers Mary Davies and Ray Collister have donated the images on the cards, which include winter scenes of Castletown, Laxey Wheel, Meayll Circle and Port Erin.
The A5-size cards are on sale now, in packs of 10, priced just £5. They are available from Manx Blind Welfare Society’s headquarters Corrin Court in Onchan and The VIP Store, the Society’s new shop in Strand Street, Douglas.
You can also buy the Christmas cards from several opticians around the Island, including Patricia Wild, Holmes and Davidson, Gillian Sheard, and Newby and Padley.
Manx Blind Welfare Society Volunteers Coordinator & Events Organiser Debbie Thomson said: ‘We are over the moon with our new Christmas cards, and really grateful to Mary and Ray for donating such wonderful seasonal images.
‘We have already received many inquiries about the cards, so we hope they will sell well and raise important funds to help us continue our work providing services and support for blind and visually impaired people in the Isle of Man.
‘I’d also like to thank Celton Manx for assisting with the cost of production, meaning every penny raised through sales will go directly into the Society’s work.’
